  1. Ana Paes do Amaral, Countess of the House of Mangualde (daughter of Fernão Vaz do Amaral). Married to Duarte Afonso, a nobleman of the Royal House of King Philip II of Spain.

Diogo Afonso do Amaral, 2nd Count of the House of Mangualde, buried with his wife D. Isabel Dias in the Church of S. Julião de Mangualde.

Brás Duarte do Amaral, 3rd Count of the House of Mangualde, married to D. Ana Fernandes Cabral; lie buried in the Church of S. Julião de Mangualde.

  1. Ana Paes do Amaral, 4th Countess of the House of Mangualde, married with the Judge Domingos Rodrigues de Macedo, son of Gonçalo Rodrigues de Macedo, a nobleman of the Royal House (N.R.H).

Miguel Paes do Amaral (+696), 5th Count of the House of Mangualde, N.R.H., Captain-Major of Azurara, Knight of the Order of Saint Benedict of Aviz, Member of the Holy Office, 1st Count of Majorat of São Bernardo (established in this regard by his uncle Gaspar Paes do Amaral, I 1644). Miguel Paes do Amaral was married to his cousin D. Ana do Amaral, daughter of Belchior do Amaral and his Wife D. Ana Garcia, and had, among others:

1 – Miguel do Amaral, N.R.H, Doctor in Canon Law in the University of Coimbra, professor in the Society of Jesus and Apostolic Missionary in Missions in China.

Simão Paes do Amaral, 6th Count of the House of Mangualde, N.R.H., Captain-Major of Azurara da Beira, Knight of the Order of Christ, etc., married to D. Leonor Maria de Castelo Branco Albuquerque, heiress of Manuel Vilhegas Cardoso, N.R.H., Count of the Majorat of Coutos, and his wife D. Maria d’Albuquerque (daughter and heiress of Jerónimo Rebelo de Albuquerque, Captain-General of Ormuz).

Miguel Paes do Amaral, 7th Count of the House of Mangualde, N.R.H. by succession (Lic. On the 9th February 1696), Mestre de Campo of the Infantry of the District of Viseu, Knight of the Order of Christ, etc., married to his cousin D. Maria Arcangela de Castelo Branco (daughter and heiress of Diogo Marques Ferrão de Castelo-Branco and his wife D. Juliana Cardoso do Amaral).

Miguel Paes do Amaral, 8th Count of the House of Mangualde, 1st Donee Count of Abrunhosa and Vila Mendo (Decree of 3rd July 1778), N.R.H, Juiz de Fora (magistrate judge) of Coimbra, Knight of the Order of Christ. On the 8th September of 1749, he married D. Joaquina Teodora de Sá e Menezes (daughter of Manuel de Sá Pereira, N.R.H., Count of the House of the Sás de Condeixa and Quinta de Anadia, etc., and his wife D. Mariana Plácida de Menezes).

Simão de Sá Paes do Amaral (1756-1807), 9th Count of the House of Mangualde, Count of Abrunhosa and Vila Mendo, a nobleman of the Royal House, by succession (Decree of 12th February of 1778). Married to D. Isabel Luiza d’Almeida e Vasconcelos Quifel Barberino, Countess of the Majorats of Monperres e Almeida (daughter and heiress of Manuel Estevão d’Almeida Vasconcellos Quifel Barberino, a nobleman of the Palace, Alcaide-Mor of Penedono, Judge of the Tribunal of the Supreme Court and the Tribunal of Porto, etc., and his wife D. Caetana do Valle de Brito e Silva). They had:

1 – Miguel Paes do Amaral (1777-1850), 10th Count of the House of Mangualde, Count of Abrunhosa and Vila Mendo, Lieutenant Colonel of Chivalry, Knight Commander of the Order of Christ, Knight of the Order of Malta, etc., married to D. Maria Joana de Saldanha Oliveira e Daun (Rio Maior). No offspring.

2 – D. Maria Joana de Sá e Menezes (1779-1859), married to her cousin José de Sá Pereira, 2nd Count of Anadia (1808), 1st Viscount of Alverca (1805), Envoy in the Courts of Naples and Madrid, etc. Offspring below.

Manuel Paes de Sá do Amaral d’Almeida e Vasconcelos Quifel Barberino (1781-1859), 11th Count of the House of Mangualde, Count of Anadia (by his marriage), nobleman in the Palace, Peer of the Realm, etc., married to his maternal nephew D. Maria Luiza de Sá Pereira de Menezes Sotomayor, 3rd Countess of Anadia, 2nd Viscountess of Alverca, etc. (daughter and heiress of the 2nd Counts of Anadia – See above.

José Maria de Sá Pereira e Menezes Paes do Amaral d’Almeida e Vasconcellos Quifel Barberino (1839-1870), 12th Count of the House of Mangualde, 4th Count of Anadia, Chief Minister of the Royal House, etc., married to D. Ana Maria de Moraes Sarmento (daughter of the 1st Viscounts of Torre de Moncorvo).

Manuel de Sá Paes do Amaral Pereira de Menezes (1862-1903), 13th Count of the House of Mangualde, 5th Count of Anadia, Chief Minister of the Royal House, etc., married to D. Maria da Graça Biester de Barros Lima, Lady of the Queen D. Amélia (daughter of the Counselor Joaquim Pedro de Barros Lima, Peer of the Realm, and D. Maria da Assunção Biester. They had, among others:

1 – José de Sá Paes do Amaral (1890-1945), 14th Count of the House of Mangualde, 6th Count of Anadia, married to D. Ester Salvegra Tomkinson. No offspring.

Miguel de Sá Paes do Amaral (1892-1929), Nobleman of the Royal House, etc., married in 1923, to D. Carolina Maria Corrêa de Sá (daughter of the 9th Viscounts of Asseca).

Manuel José Maria de Sá Paes do Amaral (*1925), 5th Count of the House of Mangualde, 7th Count of Anadia, 3rd Count of Alferrarede, etc., married to D. Maria Mafalda de Figueiredo Cabral da Câmara (daughter of D. Nuno de Figueiredo Cabral da Câmara and his cousin-sister D. Maria da Natividade de Figueiredo Cabral da Câmara, Counts of Belmonte). They had one son: Miguel Maria de Sá Paes do Amaral (*1954), 4th Count of Alferrarede.
